Arbitrary image rotation and substration

Hi
I really like Radiant and use it frequently.
I would love to see the possibility to rotate 2D images (radiographs) by any degree necessary. That would be really useful.
Another feature I would love is subtraction of MRI images (pre and post contrast)

Arbitrary rotation and subtraction are features that we will certainly implement at some point.
