All of our images display correctly with RadiAnt, except ultrasounds that have PhotometricInterpretation set to 'PALETTE COLOR'. Ultrasounds that use 'MONOCHROME2' or 'RGB' are fine, but when an ultrasound uses 'PALETTE COLOUR' we get a message in purple text that says "Image no longer available", and nothing is displayed.
I thought 'PALETTE COLOR' was supported ... are we doing something wrong, or is this a bug? Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks for your suggestion ... unfortunately, it doesn't seem to help.
I downloaded and installed RadiANT Viewer 3.9.15.14254 BETA (64-bit), but when I opened one of the 'PALETTE COLOR' ultrasounds, I got the same "Image no longer available" error message.
I should mention that I have no trouble on any other viewer with these ultrasounds - OsiriX, eFilm, K-Pacs and ClearCanvas all work perfectly - so I don't believe the ultrasounds themselves are the problem.
