I would be very grateful, if an update would not reset the configuration files. Everytime I do an update (and I just prolonged my license in order to support your tremendous work) I need to change the config file again.
And since I am at it - I seem to have found a minor bug: after changeing the config file for accepting pushed studies (which by default is on off) I could send the studies without problems from my PACS. But the menu option "accept pushed studies" remained on inactive. I still could click on it - then the hook marking "accept pushed studies" became visible, but it would be nice to see it active already when the config files to do so. Just a minimal annoyance :-).

Yes, there are plans to change the way settings are stored. When it's implemented, they will no longer be touched during updates.
Also, thank you for the little bug report. We'll check it and apply a fix.
