Dental panoramic reconstruction

Is there a way to render a corrected 2D dental panoramic image from a CBCT file? I am using RadiAnt to view CBCT images of patient's TMJ's and could use a panoramic view to compare ramus lengths to evaluate for growth issues... not sure if this possible.

This would be a Curved MPR. There are a lot of peaople waiting for this feature ;)
