Dicom viewer won’t open any images except US

I’ve imported DICOM images and I see all the different ones. However when I click on them, they do nothing at all. I keep trying to open them in a new window and nothing happens. The only ones that open are the ones with the identifier “US” for “ultrasound”. Anything else does not open. I’ve updated the software but it didn’t solve anything at all. Please help.
