Don´t open x-ray

I can find the name of the patient, I try to open
Appears ready at the bottom of the program
But the x-ray dont´t open at my screen
I tryed to reinstall the program but it doesn´t work
How can I solve this

Did you configure the PACS location so that it knows RadiAnt's AE title, IP and port?
From what you say (can search, cannot download), most probably something is wrong with the above configuration.
