While viewing a file previously downloaded, all of my archived patient files disappeared. I found them on the computer and can view them one at a time but can't import them back into the software patient list. Anyone have a suggestion how I get them back into the patient list?

I think you changed the location of your database accidentaly. It is in the menu on the left upper side, chose database. And it will open again.
