Is RadiAnt compliant with patient privacy or am I risking sharing
patient data by using this program? I see no mention of HIPPA or sharing
standards anywhere on the site. Since it is just software, am
I only as safe as my firewall is.

You can rest assured that not even a single bit of patient data is sent by RadiAnt from the computer it is installed on.
Anyway, firewall is always recommended to be protected from any potential threats lurking out there ;-)
