| Jumbling of Image and Image names and missing data |

Hello,
we recently updated to v2023.1 and reuploaded the database files from backup.
The image and image names are getting scrambled across the viewer. I repeated the steps to reimport the database folder by folder. While that might have fixed jumbling temporarily, I am unsure if this is an ongoing problem.
We are also missing some images from patients we have uploaded previously. There is no specific date cut off and the dates range from as far back as 2018 to recently as of 2023.
Just wondering if anyone has such issues?

Hi,
There was a rare issue observed in older versions of RadiAnt (< 2021.1) with database imports.
If the import methods were interchangeably used ("Add links" and "Copy files"), this might cause older files being overwritten by new imports.
We did not receive any reports regarding database issues in versions released in the past 3 years.
So if you have the 2023.1 version installed, create a new archive and re-import the studies from your backup, you should be good.
