USE RADIANT FOR MAGNETIC RESONANCE RADIOLOGICAL EXAMINATIONS.
there is a dir of 500 g of exams
is it possible to search for a patient inside it ???
when I open a dicom folder, I first read all the images and then he shows me the patients but they are many and take a lot of time.
a search with pacs functions but within a local folder is it possible ???
how should i configure radiant ????

Currently RadiAnt does not have a local database of studies where you could search within imported studies.
However, you can quickly filter opened studies and load specific series using the "Open multiple series" tool - just press the F4 key.
