location of temporary folder for DICOM files showed in RadiAnt

probably this has been already told elsewhere in the forum but I cannot find it right now.

would you please tell me which is the exact location of the DICOM files that RadiAnt is displaying when you open a zipped DICOM case or when you download a case from the PACS?

if I remember correctly in both cases RadiAnt copies the files into a temporary folder which is cleaned up once the user closes RadiAnt

I need to know the exact location of this folder
