Is there any way to force the measurements to be shown in millimeters?
It is very annoying to do measurements and as soon as the length is more than 10 millimeters it switches to centimeters.
It's very confusing when you measure irregular shapes and do several lines and half of them are in millimeters and half in centimeters.

Yes. Edit options.xml file in installation folder.
Find the string:
<roi><length><units>0</units>
Change the value to 1, it will be look like:
<roi><length><units>1</units>
Find the string:
<roi><length><units>0</units>
Change the value to 1, it will be look like:
<roi><length><units>1</units>
