Modality LUT and Graphics

1. Does Radiant Dicom support modality LUT, rescale slope & intercept works fine but LUT is not working?
2. Does Radiant support graphic layer(Graphic annotation sequence) to display overlays. Graphic layer doesn't show up but adding overlay tags(0x6000 group) works fine

Don't know about the first query, on the second one RadiAnt does not support the presentation state yet
