Mouse modifier

I use mouse modifier in the viewer for length (alt+ left mouse button)
but when I choose the same option in MPR (alt+ left mouse button) it is give another action (3d rotate)
How I can change this option form 3d rotate into length

Currently mouse modifiers work only in 2D viewer window. We'll add them to the 3D MPR and VR windows some time in the future.
