Multiple Execution

Run two programs and use one monitor. I want to place two executed viewers at 50:50 ratio. Viewer screen does not decrease to 50%. Is there no way? Thank you

RadiAnt has a minimum window width set so that the entire toolbar is visible.
The resolution of your screen is probably too low to acomodate two viewers side by side.
