overlay and options .xml

I've loaded RadiAnt DICOM Viewer 2023.1 and now the settings in the overlay and options .xml files do not seem to be used; my custom annotations layout and window settings are not present. Has this capability been removed? I notice that no new default overlay or options files were loaded into the ...\ProgramData\RadiAntViewer directory, as had been the case in previous upgrades.

The customization capability was one of the primary reasons I chose RadiAnt over other DICOM viewers, so I am sorely disappointed.

Editing the files in the ProgramData directory, I found that, even though the dates on the files were the same as my backup of the previously customized files, the file contents were reverted to defaults. Very odd. I restored a backup of only the overlay and options files and my customization was restored.
