a nice feature of AGFA Impax is the ability to assign custom keywords to DICOM cases inside your PACS database.
i.e. "fracture", "brain ischemia", "tumor" etc. etc.
this let you use these keywords using them as bookmarks and allow you to retrieve cases from the PACS more easily (you can query these keywords as any other DICOM tag of the study from the database) and have a collection of similar pathologies for future review and research

I agree, this feature is very helpful and I'm sure it will be available in our implementation.

Rather not in the first beta build. It will be a really basic database functionality which we will built upon adding new features in the next versions.

I requested this 5 years ago and it's now reality in the latest beta.
