I have started using Radiant 2024.1 (64-bit_ build date 2024-04-05 (#9600) to upload PET-CT studies to a third-party PACS.

1. I can open multiple studies for the same patient in Radiant and view the studies correctly (no error messages/warnings; all slices correct).

2. I find that when I upload these multiple studies for the same patient "Send to PACS > All opened studies" the transfer runs without any errors but that when I then open the studies in the third-party PACS, there are several missing slices in the PET and CT series.

3. If I query the third-party PACS and download the studies to Radiant, the same missing slices are now present and I get a warning, "The slice interval is not regular. The distortion in presentation and measurements may be present."

4. It is noteworthy that when I send the studies for the same patient to the third-party PACS one study at a time "Send to PACS > Current study" the issue does not occur (all slices display correctly).

Would be grateful if you could check this out. Thanks for great product.
