Two simple reasons:
1) When RadiAnt was started, there was already a fully-featured software for macOS (Osirix).
2) Windows market share (Desktop) is still about 90%.
That's basically it...

Jack, there was never a native version of RadiAnt for Mac. RadiAnt for Windows just happens to work on Mac using Wine. We don't officially support RadiAnt running on Mac. It's something one has to figure out themselves. We only provide some tutorials:
https://www.radiantviewer.com/c/how-to-install-radiant-dicom-viewer-on-macos/
If they don't work for you, we're not able to help unfortunately.

Is it Error 302? If so, it means that you have an older version which is not eligible for the trial program anymore. There are two options in such case: use the most recent version or purchase a permanent license.

Error 302. I tried to download the newer version, but the tutorial directs you to download the older version RDviewer 5.5.1 which does not accept trial license. Tutorials need to be updated :)

Trial licenses are still available for versions 2020.1 and above.
There are more nuisances but the functionality is still the same as in the paid version.

Hi,
I have followed the video for the installation with the open-source Wine leads to Error 302 when installing the trial version. What can I do?

Hi,
Error 302 means that trial licenses are no longer available for the version you tried to install. You have to download the latest version from our website.
