Rendering 3D

Hi,

I have Radiant for Mac (running through Crossover) and I'd like to render 3D images from a CT scan. It says
"The volume could not be loaded. Not enough memory"

I have 82 GB free space out of 250GB... that should be enough?? How can I fix this issue

The memory required for loading the 3D volume refers to the RAM size.
Hard disk free space is irrelevant here.
