Save JPG as DICOM

Hello

I'm trying hard to find a way to create key images in order to send them to a DICOM server for them to be printed or, at least, convert jpg files do DCM via radiant so that I can upload them. Is it possible? I've seen this feature elsewhere. It would be great if it is possible, or maybe my understanding of the program is just limited lol. Thanks in advance!
