Send to pacs requires dcmtk >2.0.0.0

on trying send to PACS I get this request "Send to PACS requires dcmtk >2.0.0.0"
Can yo please provide a download link for the add-on to always have it on PC instead of requiring it every time we install Radiant on on of the workstations.
Like you previously did with dcmtk-1.4.0.0

require DCMTK/1.4.0.0 to send studies to pacs. can you provide the link
