Window Level

I would like to ask how to resize the window size of the image in Radiant?
When a DICOM image has a big window level, it cannot be displayed clearly in RADIANT....

You have to click a button on the toolbar that looks like a square consisting of black and white rectangles, then you have to press left mouse button on the image and move the mouse up/down (window level) left/right (window width).
