The steps outlined below illustrate the process by which you can deactivate RadiAnt DICOM Viewer on computers that are connected to the Internet.
If your computer is not connected to the Internet, you can deactivate the software manually.
To deactivate your software:
1.Select Deactivate this computer from the drop-down menu next to the help button.
2.On the deactivation screen, check the I want to deactivate this computer checkbox.
3.Click the Next button. RadiAnt DICOM Viewer will attempt to connect to the license server. When you see the confirmation message, deactivation is complete.
4.Click the Finish button to close the software.
The steps below illustrate the process by which you can deactivate RadiAnt DICOM Viewer on computers that are not connected to the Internet.
To deactivate your software:
1.Select Deactivate this computer from the drop-down menu next to the help button.
2.On the deactivation screen, check the I want to deactivate this computer checkbox.
3.Click the Next button. After a failed attempt to contact the license server, the offline deactivation screen will be displayed.
4.Go to https://radiantviewer.com/deactivate, and complete the form with the activation ID and deactivation code. Click the Complete the deactivation process button.
5.Your deactivation is now confirmed.
6.Click the Finish button to close the software.
RadiAnt DICOM Viewer can be deactivated on local and remote computers using the command-line tool located in the installation folder (radcmd.exe):
1. Execute the following command: radcmd.exe -deactivate
2. The output of the command above includes the activation ID and the deactivation code in two lines.
3. Go to https://radiantviewer.com/deactivate, and complete the form with the activation ID and deactivation code obtained in the previous step. Click the Complete the deactivation process button.
4. Your deactivation is now confirmed.
